What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization, role if you provide it, the topic you select, and the message you write. We also store a technical session identifier for the time you use that form, so the submission can be checked for forgery. If you set a cookie preference, we store that choice in a first-party cookie named dsc_consent.
The site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies. Server logs may briefly record an IP address and the page requested, as part of ordinary hosting. Those logs are not used to build marketing profiles.
Why we use it
Contact details are used only to read your enquiry and reply. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible engagement, and our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to the practice. The consent cookie is stored so we can respect the choice you made. The session cookie is required to protect the form.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept long enough to respond and to keep a record of what was asked, and then deleted. The consent cookie lasts up to 180 days. The session cookie ends when you close the browser.
Who receives it
Messages are read by the practice. We do not sell personal information. An email provider or host may process the message solely to deliver it to info@digitalstraconnct.my. If that processor sits outside your country, the transfer is limited to delivering the enquiry you chose to send.
